Can I Download Ableton Live On Multiple Computers

Ableton Live LITE (oem) - install on 2 computers possible? Hi, I might be getting an akai controller tha comes w/ ableton live LITE - the oem version that has an 8 track limitation. I'm wondering if this version can be installed on two computers at once.

I have some important gigs coming up and i want to use a second mac to run ableton. So if my main mac running ableton has any tech issues,
I can switch to my other mac running ableton.
I have paid for a full licensed version of Ableton for my main mac.
Can i download Ableton on the other mac, and use the same serial Number?

Can i run both apps of ableton simultaneously?
In the past when i've purchsed upgrades of Ableton, i have always been able to use it on at least one other computer.
When performing, it is important i can have both apps running for easy switch over if one set up has problems.
